How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. If you have an account with our shop, you may pay by entering your
account number when ordering.
Are there any delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to a tax of 8.25%. All Orders will be charged $10 for delivery.
What about substitutions?
Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only
available regionally. When they are not available, the closest substitute will
be used. Also some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain
regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal
or higher value. Some containers may not be avaliable during holidays, and in
such cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of your
order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.
The specific
designs shown on this web site may not be available for outgoing wire orders.
FTD & Teleflora items are designated and available in most areas. We will
work to assure the order meets your expectations. And we'll back their delivery
with our own 100% satisfaction guarantee. Naturally, prices will vary by florist.

We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Sunday from
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. We offer a 24 Hour Answering Service for your conveinence.
Can
you deliver my order today?
Yes! Just place you order by 3 pm (CST) for same day delivery. After 3 pm
(CST) your order will be delivered the following day.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call us at 800-447-0030 as soon as possible.
Have your Netticket number available for us to facilitate your request quickly.
What about orders going outside of the US?
To place an order for delivery outside of the US, please call us at least
24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and
pricing that applies to international orders.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be identical. The
style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be the
same or similar (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos
are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
